Kelvin Tan holds a Bachelor of Counselling from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Master of Arts in Theology from Vanguard University. He serves as a pastoral supervisor to youths and young adults at City Harvest Church (CHC), where he has ministered since 2010, providing pastoral care, leadership development, and spiritual guidance.
In addition to overseeing CHC’s security ministry, Kelvin has been assisting in the School of Theology since 2023, contributing to the equipping of future church leaders. He also serves and preaches regularly at Emerge, CHC’s youth ministry, inspiring young people to pursue their faith and calling in Christ.
