Asia Pentecostal Summit 2025

29 Oct - 2 Nov

Suntec Singapore, Level 6, Halls 601-604

About the Event

This year’s “Voices Loud and Clear” Global Pentecostal Summit 2023 unites Western and Majority World Pentecostal scholars to engage in transformative dialogue surrounding key issues faced by global Christianity today, as well as the future role of Pentecostal scholarship in discerning the implications of the Spirit’s movement globally.

A Word From Our Moderators

“Asian Voices Amplified”

The vision of City Harvest Church to become a centre for Pentecostal scholarship in Asia is becoming a reality. As we anticipate the Asia Pentecostal Summit (29 October-2 November) the initiative that began with the Global Pentecostal Summit in November 2023 has now developed into the Global Pentecostal Voices movement. Bringing together cohorts of the finest Pentecostal scholars from around the world provides theological foundations to root and sustain Asian Pentecostals in their efforts to steward the Spirit’s move throughout the region.

We stand in amazement at the impact of Global Pentecostal Voices which has so quickly established a new model of scholarly events hosted by a dynamic Pentecostal church that focuses Spirit-driven scholarship on the challenges facing the local church today. The church at Antioch, as described in the book of Acts, featured leadership identified as prophets and teachers. Likewise, City Harvest Church and Global Pentecostal Voices are creating a centre where Spirit-empowered leaders and scholars are joining their gifts to follow the Spirit’s direction in meeting the theological challenges facing the Church globally.

Our greatest joy is to see established Pentecostal scholars and emerging young Asian leaders catalysing a new and vibrant ethos of Pentecostal discernment. This is a season in the life of Global Christianity where we need the wisdom of experience and the zeal for new horizons to meet and discern together how we may best follow the Spirit’s ongoing desire to reach every tribe and nation!

City Harvest Church is deeply honoured to host this inaugural gathering in the heart of Singapore—a dynamic meeting place of cultures, ideas, and spiritual hunger. Here, at the crossroads of East and West, we anticipate not merely a meeting of minds, but a divine convergence of the Spirit, theology, and mission.

Building upon the momentum of the global summit in 2023, we have witnessed how the Spirit-baptised life and rigorous theological reflection are not opposites but partners in a shared calling. When Pentecostal theology is formed in the fire of lived experience, and ministry is shaped by the depth of theological wisdom, a richer and more resilient identity begins to emerge—one that is intellectually robust, ecumenically aware, and vibrantly alive in the Holy Spirit.

At this year’s Summit, we come together once again—not only to think and dialogue but to breathe together in the Spirit. This is more than a symposium. It is a sacred space where we seek the Holy Spirit’s brooding presence to hover over our theological labour, awaken deeper communion with Christ, and empower us even more toward God’s mission in the world.

Thank you for being here, and for your commitment to the advancing of Pentecostal theology and praxis. May this Summit mark a kairos moment—a Spirit-led deepening of our shared witness, a sharpening of our prophetic voice, and a stirring of love that compels us outward into the world.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you always.
